Dyeing for Easter

The kids loved dyeing eggs with Dad.Then when they were done we had a lesson on the true meaning of Easter the Crucifixion and Resurrection of Christ. I put together 12 plastic eggs with different things in them (i e a cross, nail,rope,) and the accompanying scripture. Much to my surprise they really retained and enjoyed the lesson. I guess they are getting old enough to understand. It was a fun family home evening.
